We're just your ordinary CrossFit couple that spends every second of the day together hopefully without killing each other.
We run CrossFit Port Washington on Long Island, New York and we have a great time doing so.
We're also closet nerds and coffee snobs.

First Test Post
So this is our first test entry on our brand new blog. Hello endless void that is the internet. One day I hope to stand at the edge of the internet and fall off.
